WU: 2 rounds of 15 dips, 15 KTE, some DU work
BS 5x5 @ 195#. Really hit the knees, pushing them out.
SP 5x1 @ 130#. Good weight.
Went up 10# on squats, 5# on SP.
Then did the DWOD:
