Team workout with Ryan at CF PTC this morning:

Tag team of:
50 tire jumps
50 burpees
50 thrusters
50 1.5 pood KB swings
50 squats

Run 200 m when not working. Took 14:42.

Did a WOD at CF PTC from MP last week:

5 rounds:
Max reps thrusters
Max reps pull ups

Thrusters were rx'd as 2/3 BW, I did 105# (as opposed to 125#). Finished with 50/42.

Bench max day:

7x1: 215/225/240/250/255f

So bench=squat, great.

Then did 5 min jump rope, 10 min alternating L-sit, and threw the frisbee around for a while.

Took 12:40. Did the GTO w/50# DB's and the swings with a 50# DB. Fun. Burpees killed the 2nd round.

Ugly on the last set, but got it done without too much bowing of the knees.

Then did a metcon from CFE:

7 HSPU's

Took 6:50 and did 85#. Did HSPU's on a box.

Did an APFT prep session. Did the 1-1-1 APFT:

45 PU, 48 SU, 6:35 mile.

Then did 6 Tabata Intervals of push ups and flutter kicks.
