Phase II: Strength Endurance

(1) Find 1 RM Dead Lift

(2) 5 rounds for time of:
- 2 Dead Lift 85% 1 RM
- 10 burpee Squats
- Frog stretch

(3) 4 rounds:
- 10 Curtis P's (95#)
- 10 ankles-to-bar
- 400 meter run

Phase III: Core & Durability

(4) 5 rounds:
- 8 bench press (start at 135# and go up until you can't do a set unbroken
- 20 sit-ups
- 5 slashers (25-35#)

Those Burpee squats and Curtis P's sucked. All in all took ~1:40

It actually wasn't too bad. I think it was a 12 lb medicine ball and 50 lb dumbbell.

10 step-ups w/30 lb dumbbells on a 24 in box
8 frog jumps
20 sit ups

Afterwards did an easy 20 minute run.

Ran ~6 miles in ~54 minutes in the 80 degree heat. Mucho sweat.

Did 5x20 of push ups, 4 ct flutter kicks, sit ups, 4 ct leg levers, crunches. Ab smoker, took about 20 minutes.

Then did 5 rounds of:

Max 155 lb bench press- got 14/9/8/7/5
Max pull ups

Nice little easy day.

45 walking lunges w/20 push ups at 15, 30 and 45 lunges

Run 800 m

This was a killer. The man makers and push ups especially sucked.

Did some workout with Keeley and Coppola. Stairs, lunges 3x, lots of OH Arm Claps, Flutter Kicks, Cherry Pickers, Leg Spreaders, Bleacher PU/SU's, then a 10 min Indian Run.

Did some good work with Dao. Did 3 rounds of basketball court medicine ball shuffle passing and then 200 m run. Then did a circle workout with each person (except Barron and I!) picking an exercise.

This kicked my ass in ~37 minutes.

Did a little bit of squat and bench- 3x3 of 135/155/165 and 1x6 of 185, respectively, then ran ~2.6 miles w/Ryan at a good pace.

Afterwards ran for 40 minutes on the Heritage trail

Dao led PT this morning. Did a rope climb and sets of 15-8 partner assisted push ups, then 15-10 sit ups. Then did some jogging.

Did the NavySEALS WOD for Monday:

150 burpee pull ups

Did these in sets of 15. I did 15 burpees and Ryan did 15 pull ups, alternating. Took just under 30 minutes to do 10 rounds.

Afterwards did a shitton of crunches.
