Did part of the SealFit WOD from yesterday:
Work up to max 1RM weighted pull up- did 45-75#
6 rounds: 3 WPU, 10 clapping push ups, 15 55# SDHP's
Did 60/55/45/35/0/0 on the pull ups
Then did 3 rounds of:
15 65# OHS
Sit ups
