Did a little work:

maximum dead hang
12 RDL's
12 back flexing DL's
Used 35# DB's.
Then did:
3 rounds:
Max hollow rock
Max flutter kicks
Then did the CFE WOD from yesterday:
1 mile on the treadmill at 8% w/16 lb weight vest. Took ~10:15.
