Played Ultimate this morning for PT, then this afternoon did:
FS: 3x5: 135/145/155
Shoulder Press: 3x5: 95/110/120
Then did a scaled version of the MP WOD:
5 min HSPU
5 min squat
2 min pull up
1 min push up
