Did Phase II of the NavySEALS.com WOD:

5 RFT:
95 lb barbell complex
Run 400 m

Did the first 2 sets fine and on the last 3 sets had to set the bar down after front squats. Did 6 burpees as a penalty each time. Took 27:10.
