Phase II:
Fight Gone Bad V2.0:
4 rounds of:
20 wall ball shots
20 24" box jumps
20 SDHP - 65 lbs
20 Push press - 75 lbs
Sprint 200 m

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Afterwards biked 10.8 miles in 30 minutes.
