Did the WOD from yesterday:
AMRAP in 30 min:
5 pull ups
5 ring dips
15 sit ups
Did 18 plus or minus 1 rounds, subbing 10 regular dips or 15 bench dips. Fun
Afterwards did 3x21's with 35 lbs.
