MAJ Ikenberry led it today. We did 1 min PU, 1 min SU, then did a circuit in the weight room of:
5 min at each station:
10 lb Weighted half dips
SU with a 8 lb medicine ball
Pull ups
Incline/Decline Bench Press
135 lb Bench Press
30 lb incline dumbbell bench
Afterwards Ryan and I did back squat 135 lb 5x5
