Cadet Meyers led it today. We did 4 30:60's followed by 4 60:120's. Then went into the weight room and did:
4 x pullups
3 x 10 of 30 lb dumbbell curls
3 x 10 of 40 lb dumbbell press
2 x 10 of 135 lb bench press
Afterwards I swam 150 m.
