CFFB from a week ago:

DL 5RM: 135x6, 185x4, 265x2, 325x5

Supine ring pull ups: 3x12

5 rounds of:
5 deadlifts
5 hang cleans
5 push presses
5 squats

Done with DB's increasing load each round. ~3-4 mins rest between rounds. Went from 45-65. Nasty.
