Warm up of run 400 m, 2 rounds of: 10 ring dips, 10 KTE, 10 GH raises, 2x30 sec HS hold

Then:

5 Rounds:
7 tire flips
Sledge tire slams
Tire jumps

Got something like 100 slams and jumps
