Warm up of run 400 m, iron cross/scorpion, then 3 rounds of: 8 towel pull ups, 6 pistols, 2 HS holds

Workout from coachrut: AMRAP in 15 min: 95# hang power clean and jerk, 10 GH SU.

Did 6.5 rounds.
