20APR09 PT

I led it today. APFT on Wednesday, so it was kind of light:

2 rounds of:
5 min running forwards
3 min running backwards

200 m sprint

Tabata intervals of push ups and flutterkicks.

I thought it was pretty decent. If I had not been forced to take 7 minutes to weigh in it would've been much better.
